Helen Morehead Boling, 102, of Radford, passed away on Saturday, April 16, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents, Otto Gordon and Ella Jackson Miller Morehead; husband, John R. Boling; one son, Stephen G. Boling; three sisters, Kitty Dunn, Louise Morehead and Virginia Gracey; and a brother, James Morehead. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, John (Joe) and Mary Boling of Radford; former daughter-in-law and her husband, Paula and Paul Richardson of Springfield; 5 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 2 step grandchildren; one great great granddaughter; and one sister, Ella Jean Snyder of Roanoke. The family would like to give a special thanks to the nursing staff at the Radford Health and Rehab for their kindness. The family will receive friends from 2 to 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Funeral services will begin at 3:30 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Bobby Lorton officiating. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at Burkes Garden Central Cemetery in Tazewell, VA.
