Harless William Scaggs, 76, of Radford, passed away Wednesday, March 24, 2010. He was a U. S. Army veteran and was retired from VDOT. Survivors include his wife Betty Trail Scaggs of Radford; two sons and daughter-in-law, Richard William and Carrie Scaggs of Radford, and Glenn Edward Scaggs of Blacksburg; a daughter and son-in-law, Patricia Lynn and Roy Duncan of NC; two sisters, Betty Camper of FL and Genevieve Hatcher of Floyd Co.,; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 27, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Rev. William Ratcliffe officiating. Interment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6 8 pm at the funeral home.
