Charlotte Gwendolyn Withers Broadwell, 78, of Pulaski, passed away Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at her sons home in Salem. She was preceded in death by her father, Ferrell Withers; her parents, Rachel and Carl Cecil; and her husband, Waverly Randolph Broadwell, Sr. She is survived by 4 children, 9 grandchildren and a half-sister. Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at the Radford Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses, 1110 Tyler Avenue, Radford.
