Gregory Steele Phipps, 55, passed away Friday, August 18, 2017 at his home in Fairlawn. He was preceded in death by his mother, Iva S. Phipps. Survivors include his son, Andrew Phipps; father, Edwin S. Phipps; sisters, Debby Lane and Kristi (Dennis) Jones; and several other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. on Thursday, August 24, 2017 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Memorial services will be private.
