Gladys Marie Goad Harrison, 72, of Christiansburg, passed away Monday, July 18, 2016 at Wake Forrest Hospital in Winston-Salem, N.C. She was preceded in death by her parents Jasper and Edith Perdue Goad. Survivors include her husband, Joseph Edward Harrison, Sr.; sons and daughters-in-law, Joseph E. Harrison, Jr. and Missie of Pulaski, David Allen Harrison and Pam of Christiansburg, and Larry Dewayne Harrison and Erika of Christiansburg; 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; brother, Larry Jackson "Jack" Goad of Pearisburg; sister, Clara Gail Myers of Narrows; and many other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Memorial services will begin at 7 p.m. with Pastor Delores Caldwell officiating.
