Garnie Collins, 78, passed away at his home in Dublin on Wednesday, April 1, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frederick and Hattie Collins; and his loving wife, Loretta Christian Collins. Survivors include his son and fianc, Frederick Lee Collins and Star Smith; granddaughters, Alana Madison Collins and Madison Joy Cypher; brother, Dale Collins; sister and brother-in-law, Elsie and Kurt Easterling; and many other relatives and friends. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, graveside services will be privately held in Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin.
