Garland Lee "Neuner" Collins, Jr., 54, of Riner, passed away Thursday, January 10, 2013. He was employed by Yokohoma Tire. He was preceded in death by his parents, Garland Lee, Sr., and Louise Cox Collins. Survivors include his wife, Barbara Whitt Collins; son and daughter-in-law, Greg and Autumn DeHart of Pulaski; daughter and son-in-law, Ashley C. and Robert Rogers of Pulaski; three grandchildren, Breanna, Jacob and Morgan; and many friends. Funeral services will be held Monday, January 14, 2013 at 1:00 pm at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Pastor Junior Bentley officiating. Interment will follow in the Mountain View Cemetery in Pulaski County. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
