Gail Leigh Hand, 68, passed away Friday, December 29, 2023, at her home in Dublin. She was an employee of Radford Orthopedics. Gail was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Kenneth Hand and Elizabeth "Betty" Walsh; and daughter, Rae Leigh Nester. Survivors include her daughter, Charla Michelle; grandchildren, Karleigh Jo Delph, Rebekah Leigh Richardson (Jimmy), and Jeremy Michael Dodson; great grandchildren, Elizah Rae Amsel, Kennedy Elleighse Richardson, and Emersyn Rae Taylor; brother, Kenneth Alan Hand (Kathy); and many other relatives and friends. Per her request, there will be no services. The Hand family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford, Virginia.
