Freddie Mitchell Burton, 72, of Christiansburg, passed away Monday, November 10, 2014. Survivors include his wife, Frances C. Burton; sons and daughter-in-law, David Burton, Richard Burton, and Allen and Tammy Burton; daughters Diane Zimmerman and Debbie Mills; numerous grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; and brother, Joseph Calvin Burton. Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 13, 2014 at 11:00 am at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Pastor Jerry Gibson officiating. Interment will follow in Hickman Cemetery in Pulaski County. The family will receive friends from 9:00 am until the time of the service.
