Franklin Jackson Turner, 83, of Radford, passed away Monday, June 6, 2011. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and retired from RAAP as Quality Control Operator. He was preceded in death by his parents Rufus G. and Alta Holbrook Turner, and his siblings, Frederick V. Turner, Agnes Stone, Beulah Wolfe, Helen Hicks, and Mildred Ocheltree. Survivors include several nieces and nephews. Per Mr. Turners request services will be private. The Turner family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
