Franklin Dean Copko, formerly of Radford, died Sunday at his home in Meriden, CT. He was the son of the late Audrey Weeks of Radford, Va. and John Copko of Glendale, New York. He was a graduate of Hargrave Military Academy, Chatham, Va. and served in The United States Air Force. He was a salesman throughout his career, and retired from Juno Corp. in Meriden. He is survived by a sister Carol Asbury and husband Robert of Radford, Va.; a brother Roger John Copko and wife Teresa of Chesapeake, Va.; three nephews, Major Robert P. Asbury III, USAF Retired and wife Eileen of Yorktown, Va., John Craig Asbury and wife Wendy of Birmingham, Alabama, and Scott Copko Asbury and wife Jennifer of Niwot, Colorado; and three nieces, Jessica and Julie Asbury of Yorktown, Va. and Audrey Elena Asbury of Niwot, Colorado. Services will be private.
