Frankie Jackson Duncan, 86, of Radford, passed away Sunday, November 8, 2020. He was retired from Burlington Mills and a member of the Church of Latterday Saints. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Mabel Duncan; wife, Susan Yvonne Reece Duncan; and brother, Archie Duncan. Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Donnie and Sheila Duncan of Blacksburg; 3 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday, November 13, 2020 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
