Frank Cecil Albano, 65, finally answered the Lord's call to "come to Me" when he passed away Sunday, September 20, 2015 at his home in Dublin. He was a retired International Pentecostal Holiness minister with over 30 years of ministry. He was preceded in death by his father, James Michael Albano. Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Betty B. Albano of Dublin; mother, Frieda A. Albano of Pulaski; daughters and son-in-law, Michelle Keefer, and Amy and Allan Morris, all of Pulaski; son and daughter-in-law, Todd Cecil and Brenda Albano of Pulaski; brother and sister-in-law, James Michael and Pat Albano of Marion; 8 grandchildren, Zachary, Zane and Zaiden Morris, Jacob, Hannah and Leah Keefer, Caleb Albano and Hunter Dean; and many brothers and sisters in Christ. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. on Friday, September 25, 2015 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Funeral services will begin at 7 p.m. with Rev. Bill Pierson and Rev. Jim Sasser officiating. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at the Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Taking It To The Streets Ministry, 223 N. Washington Ave., Pulaski, VA 24301 The Albano family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford Va.
