Frances "Jackie" Faye Jarrett Webb, 84, of Radford, passed away on Sunday, April 27, 2025. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmo Dewey and Edna Munsey Jarrett; her beloved husband, William Glenn Webb; brother, Jim Jarrett; and sisters, Nancy Waddell, Patsy Meade and JoAnn Jarrett. Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Torri Webb (Kerissa), and William Shawn Webb (Wendy); grandchildren, Noah, Carson, Dylan, Chandler, Kayla, Megan and Madison; great-granddaughter, Raelynn; and many other family members and special friends. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. with Pastor William Ratcliffe officiating. Entombment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens Mausoleum.
