Frances Nester Owens, 61, of Pulaski passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2009. Survivors include a daughter, Beth Owens of Dublin; her loving companion, Jack Reed of Pulaski; and several close friends and cousins. A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 16, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. at the Dora Highway Baptist Church in Pulaski with Rev. Herman L. Sarver officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to your local Humane Society. The Owens family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
