Frances Billings Morehead, 82, of Radford, passed away Thursday, June 16, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband, Garland Morehead. She was a member of Park United Methodist Church. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Daniel and Terri Morehead of Simpsonville, S.C.; daughter, Darlene M. Newberry of Christiansburg; grandchildren, Dwayne Clapsaddle and wife Deanna, Patrick Clapsaddle and wife Kristy, Brian Morehead, Candice Felts, and Stephanie Lasitter and husband John; great grandchildren, Reagan and Eli Clapsaddle and Clara, Amelia and Kolbe Lasitter; and many relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 4 until 6 p.m. on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at the Park United Methodist Church in Christiansburg. Funeral services will begin at 6 p.m. with Pastor Pat Jones officiating. Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, June 19, 2016 at the Maple Hill Cemetery in Bluefield, Va.
