Finch Weston "Frank" Duffy, Jr., 82, of Radford, passed away Monday, April 1, 2024. He was a proud U. S. Marine and retired from the Virginia State Police with 30 years service. Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Finch Sr. and Lelia Duffy; sisters, Norma Jean Hatcher and Mamie Minter; and brothers, Ira Duffy, Claude Duffy, Bobby Duffy, and Wesley Davis. Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Barbara F. Duffy; son, Alan Duffy (DeEtta Ray); many beloved nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 4, 2024, at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Funeral services will begin at 11:30 a.m. with Rev. Mike Honaker officiating. Interment with full military honors with follow in the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Dublin.
