Eula Mae Foster Shepherd, 72, passed away Tuesday, April 22, 2008 at her home in Parrott. She was retired from AT&T. She was preceded in death by her husband Ansel Shepherd. Survivors include two daughters Sharon Hernandez of Christiansburg and Carolyn Shepherd of Dublin; three grandchildren Allen Odum of Christiansburg, Phillip Kessinger and his wife Logan of Barren Springs, and Gwen Gonzalez of Sparta, NC; 15 great-grandchildren; and two special friends Macie Mills of Parrott and Joyce Bane of Dublin. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 25, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at the Parrott Church of God with Rev. Edward Dalton officiating. Interment will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Christiansburg. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the church. The Shepherd family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
