Eula Gay Ridpath Phillips, 83 of Radford, passed away Friday, July 6, 2007 at the Radford Nursing & Rehab. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wertie Phillips, her parents, four brothers and three sisters. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Cliff and Connie Phillips of Dublin; two grandchildren, Amy Kirk of Radford and Chad Phillips and his wife, Shannon of Radford; a great granddaughter, Meredith Martin of Radford; and two brothers, Grover Ridpath of Radford and Mill Ridpath of Snowville. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, July 10, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at the West View Cemetery in Radford with Rev. James Walker officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
