Ervin Robbie Harris, 89 of Dublin, passed away Friday, April 3, 2009. He was a U. S. Army veteran having served during WWII and was retired from Klopman Mills. He was preceded in death by his parents Golden Pierce and Josephine Millie Duncan Harris, his wife Catherine McGrady Harris and a brother Friel Harris. Survivors include a stepson Shannon McGrady of Dublin; a step-grandson Sean Derick McGrady; two sisters Goldie Turpin and Sylvia Dobbins, both of Radford; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 6, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Rev. Michael Collins and Rev. Don Weaver officiating. Interment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Sunday evening at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the Pulaski County Lifesaving Crew. The Harris family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
