Ernest "Ernie" Elton Hamilton, 76, of Christiansburg, passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents, Sidney Nathan and Ruby Bolden Hamilton. Survivors include his loving wife, Wanda Hinkley Hamilton; son and daughter-in-law, Johnathan Hamilton (Stephanie); daughter and son-in-law, Carrie Hamilton Foster (Chris); special grandson, Joe Hamilton; grandchildren, Madison and Chapman Tucker, Kelsi and Blake Foster, and Shiane Warner; brothers and sisters-in-law, Michael Hamilton (Kristi), and Nelson Hamilton (Nancy); and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and special friends. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Funeral services will be held at 11 am. on Thursday, July 11, 2024, at the funeral home with Rev. Clayton Kipps and Rev. Josh Collins officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin.
