Elsie Kennedy Vines, 97, of Belspring went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 23, 2012. She was a member of the New Life Harvest Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Lee Vines, Sr., her parents, Marion F. and Linnie Jane Horn Kennedy, three brothers and two sisters. Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Frank L., Jr. and Rev. Dallas Vines of Belspring, and Frederick M. and Doris Vines of Elizabethtown, NC; 7 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 15 great-great-grandchildren. We would like to thank her special caregivers, Carrie and Randy Moran and Torrie. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at 11 am at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Rev. Dallas Vines and Rev. Jerry Mitchell officiating. Interment will follow in Sunrise Burial Park in Radford. The family will receive friends 6 pm until 8 pm Tuesday at the funeral home. The Vines family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
