Elmer W. "Jimmy" Thomas, of Radford, Va., passed away Saturday, May 25, 2019. He retired from the VA Dept. of Corrections. He is survived by his wife, Becky Thomas; sons, Chris Thomas and fianc, Gina Wright, and Eric Thomas; stepson, Richard (Donna) Byrd; step daughter, Tracy (Mike) Crusenberry; step grandchildren, Justin Byrd, Zachery Byrd, McKinley Rains and Jordan Rains.
