Ellis Eugene Danieley, 71, of Radford, passed away Monday, June 15, 2009. He was retired from Lynchburg Foundry. He was preceded in death by his parents, Herman Edward and Atha Robertson Danieley, a brother, Keith Danieley, and a granddaughter, Jessica Danieley. Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Mary Hercey Danieley; a son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Debbie Danieley; two daughters and sons-in-law, Cheryl and Todd Blankenship, and Deborah Dee Dee and Mike Kennedy; eight grandchildren, Tyler and Kelsey Danieley, Chris and Brian Blankenship, and Sarah, Emily, Joe and Sam Kennedy, all of Radford; two brothers and sister-in-law, Jerry Danieley of Covington, GA, and Herman E., Jr. and Bernadette Danieley of Camarillo, CA; a sister and brother-in-law, Judith and Ken Newman of Fayetteville, GA; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 18, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Gethsemane Baptist Church in Radford with Pastor Jerry Gibson officiating. Interment will follow in the West View Cemetery in Radford. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the Gethsemane Baptist Church. The Danieley family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
