Eleanor Kay Kessinger, loaned to us all by her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, returned to His loving arms Sunday, April 21, 2013. She was born March 12, 1948 in Peterstown, WVa to Daris Lawrence and Ruby Buckland Lawrence who preceded her in death along with her husband of 26 years, Bobby Wayne Kessinger, sister Carol Driscoll and brother Billy Lawrence. She leaves to celebrate her life, daughter Lisa Bradley Webb and husband Darnell of Pulaski; and two sons, Stacy Bradley and wife Donya of Winston-Salem, NC and Jeff Kessinger of Blacksburg. The joy of her life were her grandchildren Noah, Trevor, Kameron, Ziyah and soon to be Elijah. She also leaves sister, Joyce Lytton of Dublin; many cousins, nieces, nephews; stepson Philip Kessinger and his wife Logan and their children. Kay's special friends include Kay Viers and Family, Tommy Simpkins and sisters, and a host of friends. Kay was a wonderful, loyal, dedicated mother, grandmother, and friend. She was a very loving and caring person to all that came in contact with her. She will truly be missed. Welcome Home Mom! A Celebration of Life service will be held Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at 11:00 am at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Rev. Mike Honaker officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 10:00 am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the grandchildren's Fund, Mark Mabry, 1003 7th Street, Radford, Virginia.
