Effie Cova Giles Graham, 80, passed away Friday, February 15, 2008 at her home in Radford. She was a member of the Radford Worship Center. She was preceded in death by her husband Weber G. Graham. Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law Ronald and Deborah Williams of Douglas, GA, Donald Williams of Roanoke, and Carl Williams of Radford; two daughters and son-in-law Diane Surber of Christiansburg, and Tina and Chris Blackburn of Radford; special daughter-in-law Janey Williams of Roanoke; brother and sister-in-law Harry and Shirley Giles of Parrott; two sisters and brother-in-law Gerlean and Donald Bruce of Fairlawn and Josephine Bruce of Radford; twelve grandchildren Tammy Weirich, Ronnie, Brandy, Lori, Julie, Jaimee, Daniel and Cody Williams, Cyndi and Vicki Lytton, and Cole and Ben Blackburn; and 11 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday, February 18, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the Radford Worship Center with Dr. Hal Adams officiating. Entombment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens Mausoleum in Dublin. The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Sunday at the Radford Worship Center. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to either the Good Samaritan Hospice or the Radford Worship Center Outreach Ministries. The Graham family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
