Edward Leon Neal, 53, of Fairlawn, passed away Sunday, April 19, 2015. He was a Senior Production Manager with Tetra for 10 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wesley Leon, Sr. and Shirley Austin Neal and brothers, Wesley Leon Neal, Jr. and Robert Wayne Neal. Survivors include his wife of 23 years, Ellen D. Neal of Fairlawn; son and daughter-in-law, T. J. and Andi Nolen of Foster Falls; daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Scott Akers of Radford; five grandchildren, Ryan Spangler, Kayden Akers, Erika Akers, Michaela Akers and Remi Nolen; stepmother, Linda D. Neal of Christiansburg; sisters and brother-in-law, Debra Jane Neal of Blacksburg, and Kaye L. and Billy Meadows of Blacksburg; brother and sister-in-law, Kevin and Valeri Neal of Christiansburg; many other relatives and friends; and special canine companion "Little Dog". The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Funeral Services will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Lee Sarver and Davie Whitlock officiating. Interment will be private.
