Edward Lee LeShock, 64, of Radford, passed away Sunday, September 1, 2013 at the New River Valley Medical Center. He was a retired Art Professor at Radford University. Survivors include, Marion E. Mercer who loved him deeply from the first, now and always; his aunt and godmother, Stella Kundick; cousins, Gary Kundick, Darlene Rojek and Fred Plavney; and extended family and friends in Ohio and Pennsylvania. Memorial services will be held Saturday, September 7, 2013 at 11:00 am at St. Jude Catholic Church with Father Remi Sojka officiating. Inurnment will follow in St Jude Catholic Church Columbarium. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 10:30 am. Following the service a very informal reception will be held at his home at 1608 Grove Avenue, Radford. In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made to VFW Post #776, c/o Gary Harris, 402 Ninth Street, Radford, Virginia 24141.
