Edward Roy Estes, 92, of Radford, passed away Sunday, April 16, 2023. He was a U. S. Army veteran and a member of V. F. W. Post #776. Edward was a self-employed contractor and a member of Est Radford Church of God. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Zella Estes; and a son, Billy Estes. Survivors include his wife of 69 years, Sarah K. Estes; son, Donald R. Estes of Florida; grandson, Charles Estes of Georgia; many nieces and nephews and other family members. The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. with Rev. Wayne Poston officiating. Interment with full military honors will follow in Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin.
