Dorothy Walker Scaggs, 91, of Radford, passed away Wednesday, January 3, 2018. She was retired manager at Roses and Kmart. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Beatrice Walker. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Beatrice and Stanley Moore of Radford; grandchildren, Michael Berry of Radford, and Melissa Mayweather and her husband Gary of Fairlawn; great grandchildren, Jamee and her husband Zach Thornton and Ashley; great great grandchildren, Calli Grace and Chloe Elizabeth; and special family member, Michelle Berry.
