Dorothy McCoy Nester, 77, of Parrott, passed away Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at her home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Mary Etta McCoy; son; Irvin Nester; 4 brothers; 5 sisters; and great-grandchildren, Cameron Fitzwater and Isabella Morgan. Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Deborah and W.G. King of Parrott, Donna Richardson of Dublin, Mary "Cissy" Nester of Parrott, Fredia "Peddie" and Jason Higginbotham of Giles, and Georgia and Richard Martin of Pulaski; son, Paris "Bubby" Albert of Parrott; 19 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; sisters, Isabelle Graves and Betty Gravley; and many other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 12 until 2 p.m. on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Memorial services will begin at 2 p.m. with Pastor Teresa Tolbert and Pastor Eddie Dalton officiating.
