?Doris Jane Covey Bakaitis Turner, 78 of Dublin, passed away Saturday, July 22, 2006. She was preceded in death by her parents Ernest Fred and Annie Lee Elkins Covey, two husbands, Peter Bakaitis and William Oliver Turner, and two sons, Paul Bakaitis and Jeff Bakaitis. Survivors include three daughters, Pamela Hatcher of Pulaski; Lee Ann Grubb of Christiansburg; Susan Marie Bakaitis of California; two sons Peter Joseph Bakaitis of California; Steven Edward Bakaitis of Pulaski; eight grandchildren and a Brother Fred Covey. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 26, 2006 at Mullins Funeral Home with Rev. Scott Rupe officiating. In lieu of flowers contributions be made to Alzheimers Association - 2728 Colonial Ave. Suite 2 - Roanoke, VA 24003. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.. The Turner Family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home and Crematory in Radford.
