Doris Spangler Reece, 82, passed away Friday, June 12, 2015 at her home in Radford. She was a member of Central United Methodist Church and a retired medical secretary. She was preceded in death by her parents, Furman and Sadie Spangler; husband, Peyton T. Reece; and her son, Carl David Reece. Survivors include her son, Ricky Reece and Joy Arnau; grandchildren, Luke, Lyndsay and Dustin Reece; sister June Nester; sister-in-law, Mary Bob Spangler; and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Pastor Don Shelor officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. The family will receive friend from 6 until 8 p.m. Monday evening at the funeral home.
