Donna Kaye Lyons Duncan, 64, of Pulaski, passed away on Monday, May 27, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Vinton and Ruby Combs Lyons; and her husband, Artie Lee Duncan. She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Barker (David Mitchem); son, Travis Thompson (Rachael); grandchildren, Rosalee, Dakota, Trevor and Austin; brothers, Charles Lyons, Jr. (Mary), and David Lyons (Teresa); special dog, Luke; and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and special friends. The family will receive friends from 4 until 6 on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
