Don Puckett, 83, of Dublin, passed away Thursday, September 26, 2013. He was a U. S. Army Veteran and a retired electrician with National Electric Coil. His was preceded in death by his parents, Canie Murphy and Katherine Keene Puckett. Survivors include his daughter, Anna Louise "Lou" Puckett of Bluefield; son, Jimmy Puckett of North Carolina; granddaughter, Laken Shai Puckett of Bluefield; special friend, Tina Kay Raynes of Bluefield; and special niece, Margaret "Charlee" Puckett-Jenkins of Va. Beach. Military graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Dublin.
