Dixie Marie Phillips Dobbins, 74, passed away on Sunday, August 14, 2016 at her home in Radford. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Archie (Tommy) Dobbins; her parents, Willard and Flossie Phillips; sister, Sandy Harris; and brother, Ken Phillips. Survivors include her daughter, Kathy Marie Dobbins of Floyd; sons, Jeffrey Dobbins and Tammy Banes, and Brian Keith (Jessica) Dobbins, all of Radford; grandchildren, Christina and Kimmie, Matthew and Libby, Tiffany and Briana; great grandson, Jace; brother, Rodger Phillips of N.C.; and many other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 12 until 1 p.m. on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m. with Rev. James Walker officiating. Interment will follow in the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Dublin.
