Diane Hill Prather, 57, of Radford, wife of Carl L. Prather, and daughter of Andrew and Sarah Hill. She was born on Nov. 13, 1952 in Philadelphia, Pa. passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2010. She was a loving wife, a genuine artist with a truly creative spirit. May she rest in peace. The Prather family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
