Dennis Dean Stephens, 78, passed away on Friday, September 3, 2021 at his home in Radford. He was a brick layer and retired Chief Operator of the Water Treatment Plant. He was also a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Helen Stephens; son, Preston Lee Stephens; and daughter, Traci D. Stephens. Survivors include his wife, Rita Faye Stephens; children, Brian and Melanie Stephens, Dean Stephens, and Lisa and Kim Noonkester; grandchildren, Charlie Stephens, Taylor Sowers, and Ethan Noonkester; 5 great grandchildren; brothers and sisters-in-law, Patrick Grant and June Stephens, and John E. and Jackie Stephens; and many other relatives and friends.
