Delmer Earl Wilson, 85, of 301 Second St., Radford, passed away Saturday, December 10, 2005 at Lewis Gale Hospital. He was born December 9, 1920 in Carroll County to Flora and Alonzo David Wilson..He was a veteran of WW#II having served in the US Army and was a longtime employee of Wilson Pontiac. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and eight brothers. Survivors include a sister, Lena Edwards of Galax; and two sisters-in-law, Peggy Wilson of Radford and Myrtle Wilson of Delaware; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 14, 2005 at 11:30 a.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Rev. Charles Lockerby officiating. Interment will follow in the Oakland Cemetery in Galax. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the charity of your choice. The family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
