Debra "Phoebe" Denise Parker, 57, of Fairfax, formerly of New River, passed away Tuesday, July 25, 2017 with her family by her side. "Phoebe" was born on September 15, 1959 to the late Bertha M. Hodge. She is also preceded in death by her brother, Joseph A. Hodge. She is survived by her son, Craig (Kari) Hodge of Fairlawn; brothers, Ernest (Charlotte) Hodge of Dublin and Charles (Shannon) Hodge of Fairfax; sisters, Donna Hodge of New River and Charlene (Edward) Deskins of Stafford; grandsons, Elin and Emory Hodge of Fairlawn; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, August 11, 2017 at Sunrise Burial Park in Fairlawn. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday, August 12, 2017 at Jubilee Christian Center, 7331 Lee Hwy, Radford, VA 24141.
