Obituary

David Allen Lacey, 82, of Dublin, passed away Wednesday, October 5, 2011. He was a dairy farmer and a 50 year Mason where he was Past Master of King Solomons Lodge #7 in Woodbury, CT and held dual membership in the VA May Lodge #38, Radford. He was preceded in death by his wife, Leah Maravene Hungerford Lacey. Survivors include his son, Allan Lacey of Dublin; sister, Sandra Ferguson of Nashville, TN; cousins, Joyce Boisvert and ShirleyVoigt, both of Waterbury, CT, and Barbara Smith of Mill Spring, NC; niece, Shari Ferguson of Nashville, TN; nephew, David Ferguson, of Nashville, TN; and special friend, Ed Curly Sprano of Pulaski. A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 8, 2011 at 5 pm at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Rev. Robyn Angle officiating and where members of VA May Lodge will conduct Masonic Last Rites. Interment will be private in West View Cemetery in Radford. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association, P. O. Box 5216, Glen Allen, VA 23058-5216. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Saturday from 3 pm until 5 pm at the funeral home. The Lacey family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
