Cynthia Lynn Blackburn Sartin, 67, passed away Thursday, April 8, 2021 at her home in Radford. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hazzard and Minnie Pearl Blackburn; and her husband, Leroy Wayne Sartin. Survivors include her sons, Jamie (Shannon) Duncan of Christiansburg, Keith (Vanessa) Duncan of Radford, John Duncan of Radford, and Ron Duncan; 11 grandchildren, 2 of those being special to her, Hazzard Duncan and Jr. Duncan; 8 great grandchildren; sisters, Margaret P. Blackburn of S.C., and Linda Blackburn of Toledo, Ohio; brother, Vernon Blackburn of Radford; and many other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 11, 2021 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Memorial services will follow with Rev. Vernon Landreth officiating.
