Constance Lillian Pennow, 92, of Radford, passed at away at home on Monday, December 18, 2017. She was a member of the Radford Worship Center and retired from Sears as an interior decorator. She was born in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, the daughter of the late Joseph and Laura Roy Prefontaine. She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Paul Prefontaine. Survivors include her husband of 71 years, Russell James Pennow; sons and daughters-in-law, Dean and Lorraine Pennow of Poquoson, and Dale and Nancy Pennow of Snowville; grandchildren, Nicholas Pennow and his wife Amy, and Michelle Pennow. The family will receive friends from10 until 11 a.m. on Thursday, December 21, 2017 at the Mullins Funeral home in Radford. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. with Dr. Hal Adams officiating. Interment will follow in the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Dublin.
