Cleveland Lee Duncan, Jr., 65, of Dublin, passed away Monday, April 22, 2013. He was retired from Volvo with 31 years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents Cleveland Lee Sr., and June Shaffer Duncan, and sister, Cynthia Jean Belcher. He is survived by his loving wife, Violet Geneva Duncan of Dublin; sons and daughter-in-law, Brian and Lindsay Duncan of Dublin and Tim Duncan of Radford; granddaughter, Emma Duncan; grandsons, Lance and Kade Duncan; step daughters and sons-in-law, Angela and Steve Kittinger, and Trina and Roger Pennington, all of Dublin; step grandchildren, Steven, April and Shirley Kittinger; brother and his friend, Jimmy Duncan and Geraldine Whittaker of Dublin; sisters and brother-in-law, Sandra Mabry of Radford and Retia and Tim Meade of Floyd; sisters-in-law and their spouses, June and Billy Anderson, and Pauline and Leonard Parrott, all of Max Meadows; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 26, 2013 at 11:00 am at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Rev. Mike Ingo officiating. Interment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
