Claudine Mannon Tice, 82, of Belspring, passed away Thursday, September 15, 2011. She was a member of Highland Park Community Church and retired from Russell Apparel. She was preceded in death by her husband Harold Doc Tice. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Cindy and Lynn White of Dublin; grandchildren, Will and Jessica White, Clay White and Heath White, all of Dublin; and three sisters Elizabeth Mannon and Edith Harless, both of Radford and Elma Hale of Narrows. Funeral services will be held Monday, September 19, 2011 at 11 am at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Rev. Mike Blouse officiating. Interment will follow in the Sunrise Burial Park in Radford. The family will receive friends from 4 pm to 6 pm Sunday evening at the funeral home.
