Charlie Preston Hall, 85, passed away on Tuesday March 9, 2021, at Rich Creek Heritage Hall. A beloved husband, stepfather, grandfather, and great-grandfather he will be deeply missed by family and friends all around. He was born on November 27, 1935 in Radford, Va. and was an Army Veteran. "Preston" was a man of character that cared for his family and always made sure everyone was taken care of especially "Pat". He was preceded in death by the love of his life, Helen "Pat" Harmon Hall and stepson Bobby Joe Turner. He is survived by his family stepchildren, daughter, Patty Turner Simerly and stepson, William O. Turner Jr. (Spook); grandchildren, Willie Moses, III (Amy), Angela L. Whitt (Rob), Jennifer Turner Warren (Marcus), Matthew Turner (Beth), Jamie Turner, and many great-grandchildren and loved ones. The family will have a private memorial service where he will be laid to rest beside the love of his life at West View Cemetery, in Radford, Va.
