Charles Joseph Smart, 61, passed away Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at his home in Dublin. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Lee Smart and Opal Pauline Roseberry Smart, and a brother, Robert Lee Smart, Jr Survivors include his brother, Tony smart of Radford; sisters and brothers-in-law, Brenda and Billy Roope, and Judy and Charles Hill, all of Radford; and nieces, Kelly Linkous and husband Joey, Jennifer Roope and Karen Hall. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 7:00 pm Thursday, December 4 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Memorial services will follow at 7:00 pm with Rev. Darrell Linkous officiating. Interment will be private in Sunrise Burial Park in Radford. The Smart family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory, Radford.
