Our loving son, Clifford Chad Phillips, 45, of Radford, passed away Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. He was an employee of Ethan Allen. He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Wertie and Eula Phillips, maternal grandparents, Mutt and Vaunise Haga and cousin, Beth Oran. Survivors include his parents, Cliff and Connie Phillips of Dublin; sister, Amy Kirk of Radford; nephew, M. J. Martin and his wife, Crystal and their son, Greyson of Pulaski; fiance, Teresa Dillow of Newbern; aunt and uncle, Richard and Barbara Osborn of Tenn.; cousins, Buck and his wife Kim of Alabama, Karen and her husband Brian of Tenn., and Scott and his wife Mickey of Tenn; and his special pet companions, Gilly, Abby, Holly and Henry. The family will receive friends from 5 until 6 p.m. on Saturday, December 12, 2015 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Memorial services will begin at 6 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Montgomery County Humane Society.
