Cecile Hazel Stone, 87, of Radford, formerly of Norfolk, passed away Saturday, November 12, 2011. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marion C., Sr., and Mamie Martin White, her husband, Ransome Ethelder Stone, and a daughter Olivia Rowland. Survivors include five children and their spouses, Patricia and Hoyt Parris of Radford, Gloria and Jack Higgins of Va. Beach, Randy Stone of Radford, Ray and Judith Stone of Michigan and Rita Heitzer of Va. Beach; two brothers, Harry White of Chesapeake and Julian White of Columbia, SC; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at 12 noon in the Good Shepherd Mausoleum at the Woodlawn Cemetery in Norfolk. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until the time of the service in the Good Shepherd Mausoleum.
