Obituary

Cecil Bud Webster Bullion, 62, of Parrott, passed away Monday, February 12, 2007 at Montgomery Regional Hospital. He was born in Radford on July 10, 1944 the son of the late Cecil Connie and Julie Turner Bullion. He worked at RAAP for 44 years, retiring on July 31, 2006. He was preceded in death by his sons, Michael Todd Bullion and Jerry Russell Bullion, a grandson, Matt Bullion, his parents, and a very close and special friend, Anita Florence Dewease. Survivors include two sisters, Connie Bullion Matusevich of Blacksburg and Jean Bullion Gravely of Dublin; two brothers and sisters-in-law, James Robert and Jane Bullion of Roanoke and Eddie Joe and Freda Bullion of Floyd; a granddaughter, Katie Ann Bullion; two grandsons, C. J. Bullion and Johnny Bullion; and a host of nieces and nephews. The family extends special thanks to the staff on the 2nd and 4th floors of Montgomery Regional Hospital and all his doctors during his stay. Thank you for all the loving care you extended during his stay. Thank you to all his friends who visited and all their prayers. The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Friday, February 16, 2007 at his home, 7856 Belspring Road, Radford. There will be no memorial service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 1599 Clifton Road, NE, Atlanta, GA 30329 or the American Heart Assoc., 7272 Greenville Ave., Dallas, TX 75231-4596. The Bullion family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
